Heart Attack Man is a punk rock band from the United States that was founded in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2013. Eric Egan, a singer and guitarist, started Heart Attack Man as a solo project in 2013. Heart Attack Man immediately expanded to a four-piece band and self-published an EP with the same name. In 2014, the band released the Acid Rain EP on the Mayfly label. Before beginning work on their full-length debut at Philadelphia's Headroom Studios, the band—composed of Egan, guitarist Tyler Sickels, bassist Seamus Groman, and drummer Adam Paduch—took North America on tour for the rest of the year. The Manson Family was produced by Modern Baseball's Ian Farmer and released by Triple Crown Records in 2017. Heart Attack Man collaborated with fellow Ohioans McCafferty to create a split EP, which was released by Take This to Heart Records in the first quarter of 2018. Fake Blood, their darkly tonal second LP, was released in April 2019.
