Runtown Bio
Douglas Jack Agu, better known by his stage name Runtown, is a Nigerian singer, producer, and songwriter who performs Afro-fusion, R&B, and hip hop. He was born in Enugu State, Nigeria, on August 19, 1989. Runtown became famous in 2014 when he released the hit singles Gallardo with Davido. His discography includes the hit singles Mad Over you, Energy, For Life, International Badman Killa, and the albums Ghetto University, Runtown Hits, Vol. 1, and SoundGod Fest Reloaded. He has won two Soundcity MVP Awards for Best Collaboration of The Year and Viewers Choice and a Vodafone Ghana Music Award for African Artiste Of The Year. Runtown was featured on DJ Neptune’s album Greatness alongside Burna Boy, Niniola, Olamide, and Yemi Alade.
