The Bots Bio

The Bots are an American indie rock band based in Los Angeles, which was established by the brothers Mikaiah Lei and Anaiah Lei. They play music in the style of garage punk. During their cover performances that took place at the annual Coachella Music Festival, Rolling Stone selected them as one of the artists "Most Likely To Succeed in 2014." Prior to signing with Fader Label in 2013, The Bots had independently released one album and three EPs. In October 2014, the band released their debut with their album “Pink Palms” via Fader. The Bots released their second studio album, titled “2 Seater,” in 2021. The album was recorded and produced by Adrian Quesada of the band Black Pumas, who was nominated for a Grammy Award. Additionally, the album featured new drummer Alex Vincent, who was previously with the Los Angeles band Stop Thought.
