The Brazilian actor Rodrigo Santoro was born on August 22, 1975, in Petropolis, Rio de Janeiro with the birth name Rodrigo Junqueira dos Reis Santoro. He dropped out of college to play in Bazilian operas. He gained popularity fast and because of his excellent performance in “Bicho de Sete Cabecas”, he won the cinema Brazil Grand Price. His first appearance on the Hollywood big screen was with his role in “Charlie's Angel: Full Throttle” from 2003, as Randy Emmers. In 2007 he was nominated in the MTV Movie Awards for his role in the movie “300: Rise of an Empire” as the villain. He produced and acted in his project “A Translator (Un traductor)” from 2018. He has shared the screen with well-known actors like Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz, and Jennifer Lopez.
