Scott Kellerman Foley is an American actor, producer, writer, and director best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas, United States, on July 15, 1972. Scott began his acting career in the mid-1990s when he appeared in the TV series Sweet Valley High, Step by Step, and Dawson's Creek. He has since been a regular on the TV series Felicity, A.U.S.A., Scrubs, The Unit, Grey's Anatomy, True Blood, Insecure, and The Big Leap, but Scott is best known for starring in the drama-thriller series Scandal alongside Kerry Washington, Darby Stanchfield, Katie Lowes, and Guillermo Díaz. His filmography includes Scream 3, Below, Someone to Love Me: A Moment of Truth Movie, Forever Love, Let's Kill Ward's Wife, Final Vision, and Wyeth.
