Adalberto Mondesi Bio

Raúl Adalberto Mondesí, known as Adalberto Mondesi and Ace, is a Dominican-American professional baseball player who plays as a shortstop in Major League Baseball. He was born in Los Angeles, California, United States, on July 27, 1995.

Before making his Major League debut, Adalberto represented the Idaho Falls Chukars, Lexington Legends, Wilmington Blue Rocks, and the Peoria Javelinas. He played his first MLB match in 2015 with the Kansas City Royals, and he has continued to be a mainstay in the team ever since. Throughout his time with the Kansas City Royals, Adalberto played alongside Bobby Witt Jr., Salvador Pérez, Nicky Lopez, Drew Waters, and Michael A. Taylor.

His career highlights include World Series champion in 2015 and AL stolen base leader in 2020.
