Adam Schefter Bio
Adam Schefter is an American sportswriter and television analyst who was born on December 21, 1966, in Valley Stream, New York. Schefter graduated in journalism at the University of Michigan and Northwestern University, and he started to write for a few newspapers. He later started to work at NFL Network in 2004 and became one of the NFL insiders for ESPN in 2009, and in that same year, he became a football analyst for ESPN. In 2010, Schefter was included in Sports Illustrated “Power 40”, a list that tops NFL’s best officials, executives, coaches, players, and media members. He gained awards and mentions, such as “Most Influential Tweeter in New York” in 2014. In 2017, he joined the NBA on ESPN as a sideline reporter, and in that same year, his podcast “Know Them from Adam” was launched.
