John W. Dean Bio

John Wesley Dean III, better known as John W. Dean, is an American lawyer, TV personality, speaker, author, and former White House counsel. He was born in Akron, Ohio, United States, on October 14, 1938. He became famous for his time as a counsel in Richard Nixon’s administration, and many of his media appearances afterward have been about similar topics. John is a regular contributor on the Erin Burnett OutFront show which also features Erin Burnett, Jeanne Moos, Kaitlan Collins, and Kate Bolduan. John W. Dean has authored numerous political books including Conservatives Without Conscience, Authoritarian Nightmare: Trump and His Followers, Blind Ambition: The White House Years, and Worse Than Watergate: The Secret Presidency of George W. Bush.
