Allen Stone is an American R&B and soul singer hailing from Chewelah, Washington. Born 1987, Allen started singing at church choir with his father at age 3. During his college days, he formed a band and constantly performed at the West Coast club scene. It was until 2010 where Allen self-released his debut album, ‘Last To Speak’ through his personal label, Stickystones in 2010. His second release under ATO Records, ‘Allen Stone’, heightened his popularity, hitting number 2 on the R&B/Soul chart on iTunes and number 9 on the Billboard Heatseekers in 2011. He began to perform on late night TV such as Conan, Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Ellen Degeneres Show, capturing audiences with profound voice and his smooth soul beats. Stone’s third release came much later, dropping the full album ‘‘Radius’ in 2015 under Capitol Records. His single ‘Perfect World’ was featured on Netflix series ‘Dear White People’ in their promotion trailer. The now 32 year old returned to ATO records, releasing a 4th album in 2019 titled ‘Building Balances’. Stone’s current top singles are from ‘Building Balances’ such as ‘Consider Me’, ‘Brown Eyed Lover’ and ‘Sunny Days’, all with over 1 million plays on Spotify.
