Andy Serkis Bio

Andy Serkis is an English actor and director. Born and raised in Middlesex, the actor’s early career was spent touring with theatre companies. Moving onto television with roles as Einstein in Einstein and Eddington as well as films such as Loop.  Known more for his performance capture roles in motion capture work and animation, his best known role was his breakout as Gollum in The Lord of the Rings films, and The Hobbit films, all directed by Peter Jackson.

He then went on to do motion capture for King Kong in the film of the same name, Cesar in the Planet of the Apes films, Captain haddock in The Adventures of Tintin and Supreme Leader Snoke in Star Wars Episode 7 and 8. He is also well known for portraying Ulysses Klaue in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, including the hot Black Panther.
