Born on June 6, 1990, in Houston, Texas, United States, Anthony Michael Rendon is a professional baseball player playing as the third baseman for the Los Angeles Angels in Major League Baseball (MLB). Previously, he played and performed exceptionally for the Washington Nationals from 2013 – 2019. From his early school years to college, Rendon harbored a passion for baseball and demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship that earned him various titles and awards including Baseball America's Freshman of the Year, Baseball America's College Player of the Year and Dick Houser Trophy. Some other awards and achievements that he is also honored with are MLB RBI Leader (2019), 2 Silver Slugger Awards (2014, 2019), World Series Champion (2019) and Major League Baseball All-Star (2019).
