Atomic Kitten Bio
Atomic Kitten is a British female girl group that was formed in 1997 in Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom. The founding members of the group were Andy McCluskey, Kerry Katona, Liz McLarnon and Natasha Hamilton.
A few months after they came together they signed a quick deal with Innocent Records in summer 1999. They dropped two tracks Right Now and See Ya which were instant Top 10 hits in Europe. Whole Again dropped in 2001 and peaked at #1 in Winter the same year. With that success they dropped their album Feels So Good which featured the two singles Be With You and The Last Goodbye in 2002. Next, they landed a deal with Virgin in the same year. They dropped another hit Love Doesn’t Have to Hurt which burned up the UK charts and prepped the girl group for the release of the American debut Atomic Kitten which appeared in April 2003.
