Axwell and Ingrosso Bio
Axwell Λ Ingrosso is the name of an Electro House Progressive music duo originally from Sweden formed by Axwel Ingrosso and Sebastian Ingrosso in 2014. Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso had formed the Swedish House Mafia group in 2008 alongside Steve Angello. The trio gained international recognition, reaching number ten in the DJ Magazine Top 100, in 2010 and number twelve in 2012. The trio gave a farewell tour called “One Last Tour” which ended in 2013 and then they started working as soloists, on their personal projects. However, Axwel reunited with Ingrosso in Ibiza and they started performing together once a week with artists such as Martin Garrix, Alesso and Otto Knows. The following summer they returned to Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel as a duo, releasing their new logo: Axwell Λ Ingrosso. As a duo, they have released one EP called “Than You Know” and 17 singles. They were nominated four times for a Grammy Awards, but it was until 2016 that they finally won it for Best Electronic/ Dance Album.
