Bebe Neuwirth Bio
Bebe Neuwirth, born Beatrice Neuwirth on the 31st of December 1958 and is an American actress, singer and dancer. With a career that began on Broadway in 1980, the actress went on to a strong television career, where she portrayed Dr Lilith Sternin-Crane in the American sitcom Cheers from 1986-1993 before reprising the role in the spin off, Frasier. Then going on to portray Nikki in Deadline. From 2014-2017 the actress appeared as Nadine Tolliver in the show, Madam Secretary.
In film the actress is noted for her portrayal of Nora in the fantasy film Jumanji which also starred Robin Williams and Kirsten Dunst, and the crime thriller, Summer of Sam where she portrayed Gloria and Mrs Kraft in 2009’s musical film, Fame. With two Emmy Awards under her belt, the actress has also won a Tony Award.
