Professional ice hockey player Bo Havart was born on 5th April 1995 in Rodney, Ontario, Canada. After attending many Detroit Red Wings games as a child, he developed a keen interest in the sport. He started with the minor ice hockey team of The Toronto Red Wings and led his team to victory on several occasions. In the 2011 OHL Priority Selection draft, he was selected ninth overall by the London Knights. For his performance with the Knights, he won the Wayne Gretzky 99 Award for the most valuable player in the OHL playoffs and the George Parsons Trophy as well. In the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, he was picked ninth overall by the Vancouver Canucks. He was picked for the NHL All-Star Game in 2017. In 2019 he became the 14th captain of the Vancouver Canucks.
