Brendon Small Bio

Brendon Small is a man of many talents, being not just a band founder and metal rock star, but an animator, writer, comedian, and more. He is best known for being the creative mind behind the Cartoon Network / Adult Swim animated TV series “Home Movies” and “Metalocalypse.” That’s as “creator, executive producer, writer, director, voice actor, and composer,” done in collaboration with animator, screenwriter, and voice actor Loren Bouchard, of “Bob’s Burgers” fame.

In addition to having time for all that, Small’s animations have spawned the fictitious band Dethklok, which, all by itself, has managed to release five studio albums from 2007 to 2013. The self-titled debut album “The Dethalbum” charted at #21 on the Billboard album 200, pretty good for a cartoon.
