Brooke Shields Bio
Brooke Shields, born Broke Christa Shields on May the 31st 1965 in New York and is an American actress and model. Coming to prominence at the age of 12 for her work as a child model, the actresses on screen debut came in 1978’s Pretty Baby. Going on to model and star in several dramas such as Blue Lagoon and Endless Love.
Taking time of acting to complete her education, she returned to acting with small roles before starring in the sitcom, Suddenly Susan, where she worked alongside Kathy Griffin and Judd Nelson. Receiving two Golden Globe nominations for her work in the show, she is currently appearing on the television show, Jane the Virgin and portrayed Sheila in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
