Amar Hodžić, widely known as Buba Corelli, is a rapper, songwriter, producer, and entrepreneur born in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia, on September 22, 1989. He was part of the hip-hop group G-Recordz. He has worked with Maya Berović, Milan Stanković, and Severina.
Buba gained prominence for featuring on Rasta’s viral single Habibi. He began a creative partnership with rapper Jala Brat, releasing a collaborative EP, Sin City, in 2013. The duo released their debut collaborative album, Pakt s Đavolom, in 2014. They have produced several songs, including Milan Stanković’s Ego (2017) and Maya Berović’s Viktorijina Tajna (2017) and 7 (2018).
The duo received a nomination for Collaboration of the Year for Ego. They have released several albums, including Stari Radio, Kruna, and Alfa & Omega. Buba has appeared on Futura, Augen Husky, Imperia Remixes, Vol. 1, and Karamela. He released a single, Gluh i Nijem, in 2021, which entered the Top 50 in Austria.
