Chris Kroeze is an American singer and musician born in Barron, Wisconsin on January 28, 1991. He is best known for being the runner up on season 15 of the singing competition The Voice. Kroeze started playing the guitar at the age of 6 and started singing in middle school. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee to further his music career with the help of a fundraiser his parents held in his town in Barron, Wisconsin. He travels around playing hundreds of shows and goes overseas to the Middle East to perform for the United States troops. In 2018 he entered the 15th season of the singing competition The Voice and made it to the finale, coming in second place. That same year he released his debut single titled “Human” that reached number 39 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Charts.
