Claud Bio

Claud Mintz, better known as Claud, is an American Singer and Songwriter who was born on April 23, 1999, in Highland Park, Illinois. Claud is a non-binary artist known for working with the genre called Bedroom Pop, for playing the guitar, singing, and writing. The singer started releasing music under the name “Toast” and shared the first EP in 2018 also named “Toast” with the label “Terrible Records”.

The following year the second EP named “Sideline Superstar” was released, and in 2020 not only appeared the third EP called “Gay and Bored”, but Claud also formed a band with Clairo, Josh Mehling, and Noa Frances Getzug called “Shelly”, getting to release the songs “Steeeam” and “Natural” before Claud signed on with Phoebe Bridgers’s record label called “Saddest Factory” through which he released his first studio album “Super Monster” in 2021.
