Martin Danielle, also known as CLMD, is a Norwegian music producer, DJ, songwriter, and artist born January 22, 1988. At first, CLMD was a name of a duo consisting of two friends that started the project: Carl Louis and Martin Danielle. Their first song The Message (2010) was a hit recognized internationally and it was a Top 10 song on Beatport 100. After their first hit, they gained interest from many labels such as Atlantic Records and Big Beat. In 2012, they started their label, UpNorth Recordings, and signed a worldwide distribution deal with Sony Music. As a DJ act, CLMD played all over North America and Europe and one of their major show was as a supporting act on Madonna's MDNA tour. In 2014 Carl decided to leave the group to focus on his solo career, and their last show they did together was at Tulinløkka, Oslo. After that, Martin released many singles in 2015 and 2016 and some of them were hit singles such as Dust played alongside Astrid S, and Night Train played Alida.
