CM Punk Bio
Phil Brooks, better known by his moniker CM Punk, is a professional wrestler who was born on October 26th, 1978, in Chicago, Illinois. His professional wrestling career began in the 1990s, and he received his wrestling instruction from Ace Steel, Danny Dominion, and Kevin Quinn while he was a student at the Steel Dominion wrestling school, in Chicago. He was close with another wrestler named Colt Cabana, with whom he collaborated on several promotional activities. Other wrestlers, like Anthony Franco, Davey Andrews, and Matt Turner, are among those he trained. CM Punk has the distinction of having pinned John Cena five times in a variety of matchups, and was the second wrestler, after Kane, to become champion of the WWE, Heavyweight Championship, and ECW Championship all at the same time.
