Cole Anthony Bio

Cole Anthony is a professional basketball player, born on May 15, 2000, in Portland, Oregon. He plays for the NBA (National Basketball Association) and Orlando Magic. He played as a point guard for one year at the University of North Carolina. In the 2020 NBA Draft, he was selected 15th overall by the Orlando Magic. His father is former NBA guard Greg Anthony who served as an NBA analyst together with other former NBA players like Charles Barkley. 

When he was young he played baseball, but in the 5th grade, he decided to focus on basketball. Cole attended Archbishop Molloy High School where he excelled and led his team to the CHSAA Class AA city championship finals. In 2019, he ranked in the top 10 players of high school. At the prestigious Pangos All-America Camp at Cerritos College in California, he was named as the co-MVP for the Class of 2019 by USA Today. He won MVP at the McDonald’s All-American Game in 2019, the Jordan Brand Classic, and the Nike Hoop Summit.
