Cole Swindell Bio
Cole Swindell, born Colden Swindell, is an American country singer-songwriter raised in Bronwood, GA and currently based in Nashville. His breakout single, 2013’s “Chillin’ It” hit number 1 on the Billboard Hot Country charts and is certified Platinum with over 1 million copies sold. After “Chillin’ It” was released independently, Swindell signed to Warner Bros. Records and released his self-titled debut record in 2014. The album peaked at number 2 on the US Country charts and number 3 on the US charts. The single “I Hope You Get Lonely Tonight” off his debut record peaked at number 7 on the US Hot Country Singles charts and is certified Gold. He has also written songs for Luke Bryan, Craig Campbell, Scotty McCreery, and Thomas Rhett. Swindell opened for Luke Bryan on his 2014 That’s My Kind of Night tour.
