Corbin Bleu Bio

Corbin Bleu is an American actor, musician, and film producer born in Brooklyn, New York on February 21, 1989. He is best known for his role as Chad Danforth in the High School Musical film series. In 1996 he made his debut on television in the show High Incident and has continued landing roles in shows like, The Good Wife, Blue Bloods, One Life to Live, Psych, Castle, The Fosters, Chicago Med, and others. He made his debut in film in the 1998 movie Soldier and has also had roles in films like Mystery Men, Catch That Kid, Scary or Die, Sugar, Galaxy Quest, Freestyle, and more. In 2010 he made his debut on stage in a theater production of In the Heights and has roles in productions of Hairspray, Godspell, Family Shots, The Dodgers, Kiss Me, Kate, among others. He has produced several films, including Freestyle, Scary or Die, and The Day I Died. In 2007 he released his first studio album titled Another Side and followed it up in 2009 with his second album Speed of Light. Throughout his career he has been nominated for a number of awards and has won a Poptastic! Award and a Chita Rivera Award for Dance and Choreography.
