Cosmic Psychos Bio

Cosmic Psychos is an Australian punk rock band formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1982. The band was originally named Spring Plains but in 1985 the band changed their name to Cosmic Psychos. The current members of the band are Ross Knight on lead vocals and bass guitar, John McKeering on lead guitar, and Dean Muller on drums and backing vocals. They released their debut EP in 1985 titled Down On The Farm. In 1987 they released their debut full-length studio album self-titled Cosmic Psychos. They have since released the albums Go The Hack, Blokes You Can Trust, Self Totalled, Oh What a Lovely Pie, Off Ya Cruet!, Dung Australia, Glorious Barsteds, Cum the Raw Prawn, and Loudmouth Soup. They have also released the Live albums Slave To The Crave: Live At The Palace, Melbourne, and I Love My Tractor: Live At The Tote Hotel, Melbourne. The band played a significant role on the Seattle grunge scene in the 1990’s.
