Daley Blind Bio
Daley Blind is a Dutch professional soccer player who plays as a left-back, center-back, or defensive midfielder. He was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on March 9, 1990. He began his career at the age of five with the youth system at Amsterdamsche FC. He spent the rest of his developmental years at Ajax FC. After half a season on loan at Groningen and a few years as an integral part of the senior team at Ajax FC, he signed a contract with Manchester United in 2014. He went on to win the FA Cup and the Europa League as a part of the team that boasted the likes of Paul Pogba, Juan Mata, Marcus Rashford, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Apart from winning the Dutch Eredivisie multiple times with Ajax, Daley was included in the Eredivisie Team of the Year, UEFA Europa League Squad of the Season, and the UEFA Nations League Finals Team of the Tournament.
