Dopapod Bio

Dopapod is an American rock band that have been active since 2008. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, the five piece line-up includes Eli Winderman on vocals and keyboard, Rob Compa on the bass, Neal ‘Fro’ Evns on the drums and lighting director Luke Staratton. The band members met at Berklee College of Music in Boston in 2008 and released their debut album, ‘Radar’ in 2009. According to Depapod’s website, their sound is described as “darker tones of heavy rock with light-hearted humour; synthesizing tastes of funk, jazz, bluegrass, electronica”. Depapod has released five more albums with their on and off music hiatuses such as ‘Drawn Onward’ in 2011, ‘Redidver’ in 2012, ‘Never Odd or Even’ in 2014, ‘Megagem’ in 2017 and ‘Emit Time’ in 2019. The band has played at numerous festivals such as Bonnaroo, Summer Camp, Electric Forest, Gathering of the Vibes and High Sierra Music Festival along with touring alongside rock bands like The String Cheese Incident, Greyboy Allstars among many others.
