Electric Guest Bio
Electric Guest is a group which is made up of Matthew Compton, Reese Richardson, Luke Top, and Asa Taccone. The band was formed in 2011 in Los Angeles. The band’s debut album, Mondo, was released in 2011 and it managed to enter the US Heat chart and US Independent albums chart. The album also includes the chart-topping single “This Head I Hold” and “American Daydream.” The following year, Electric Guest released the EP Holiday. This was followed by another EP Good America which charted in France. In 2012, MTV also included Electric Guest on the list of Artists to Watch. The follow-up album, Plural, peaked at No. 18 of the US Heat chart when it was released in 2017. The singles “Dear to Me” and “Oh Devil” were among the singles in the album.
