Evan Mobley Bio
Evan Mobley is an American professional basketball player who plays as a center in the NBA. He was born in San Diego, California, United States, on June 18, 2001. Evan spent his developmental years playing for Rancho Christian School and the Trojans from the University of South Carolina. He turned professional in 2021 when he was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the NBA Draft. Throughout his career in Cleveland, Evan played alongside Kevin Love, Collin Sexton, Darius Garland, and Tacko Fall. His career highlights include First-team All-Pac-12, Consensus Second-team All-American, Pac-12 All-Defensive Team, Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year, Morgan Wootten National Player of the Year, and two gold medals with the US national basketball team at FIBA Under-19 World Cup and FIBA Under-17 World Cup.
