Harrison Barnes Bio

Harrison Barnes is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Sacramento Kings of the NBA (National Basketball Association). He played high school football for Ames High School, leading the team to an Iowa 4A state championship. He helped Ames win a second straight Iowa 4A state championship in his senior year. He completed his high school career as the leading scorer with 1,787 points.

On 20th January 2010, he was called up to the Junior National Select Team. He was also selected to play at the McDonald’s All-American Game in 2010, where he led his team to victory. In the same year, he received the Morgan Wooten Player of the Year Award. He played college football for North Carolina. Barnes started his professional career with the Golden State Warriors in 2012, eventually moving to Dallas Mavericks in 2016 and Sacramento Kings in 2019.
