Actor and model, Harsh Rajput hails from Navsari, Gujarat, and was born on 5th January 1988. He has always been interested in acting, taking part in school plays, and then joining a theater company during college. His first acting stint was for a TVC for the popular drink brand, 7 Up. He has appeared in many TVCs for brands like Tata Docomo, Nokia, KFC, and Samsung. He entered the mainstream television industry with the soap, ‘Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan.’ He played small roles in serials like ‘Hitler Didi’ and ‘Dharm Veer,’ before landing his first lead role on ‘Crazy Stupid Ishq.’ He also made episodic appearances on ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui,’ and ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.’ He rose to popularity with the Star Plus show, ‘Nazar,’ where he played the role of Ansh Rathod, the male lead. He then made appearances on hit TV shows like ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya,’ and ‘Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein.’
