Hey Violet Bio
Hey Violet is a pop band formed in Los Angeles, California. The group is made up of Casey Moreta, Miranda Miller, Iain Shipp, and Rena Lovelis. The band was formed from after the band Cherri Bomb lost its guitarist in the same year and Moreta joined them leading to the creation of Hey Violet in 2015. A month after releasing their new name, the group released the single “This Is Why”. The group also went on tour with 5 Seconds of Summer which was also signed with Hi or Hey Records. Shipp joined the group as a permanent member in 2016. The band released a 12-track album From the Outside in 2017 and the album includes the tracks “Hoodie,” “Break My Heart,” “This Is Me Breaking Up With You”.
