How to Destroy Angels Bio

How to Destroy Angels is a music project that was announced in 2010 and is based in Los Angeles, California. Trent Reznor, Mariqueen Reznor, and Atticus Ross are members of the band. The team's art director is Rob Sheridan. How to Destroy Angels, Coil's first hit, inspired the band's moniker. In 2010, the group's self-titled EP became available. The band made two songs from the album available as downloadable singles: "A Drowning" and "The Space in Between," which had its online video premiere on Pitchfork. On the soundtrack for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, the band recorded a rendition of the Bryan Ferry song "Is Your Love Strong Enough? Currently, How To Destroy Angels performs on a restricted tour schedule that includes Coachella and appearances with Trent Reznor's main band Nine Inch Nails. The band has also released music videos for the songs, How Long and Ice Age, which were each directed by John Hillcoat and Shynola, respectively.
