Imanos Bio
James Somani, known as Imanos, is a young DJ and music composer from Vancouver, Canada, and lives in Brooklyn, New York. The young DJ began generating music at a young age and became a tastemaker in the electronic industry by having residencies in NYC nightclubs. He co-produced and appeared on Diplo's 'Revolution' and co-wrote Jessie J's 'Sweet Talker' title tune. David Guetta, Diplo, DJ Snake, Pete Tong, and A-Trak endorse his works. His first song, 'Gunshy' ft. Pusha T, was included in xXx: Return of Xander Cage and a Simple Mobile marketing campaign. Imanos has recently released the singles 'Lick That,' 'Sober,' and 'Company' showcasing his versatility experimenting with pop, house, and big room dance sounds gaining support from Apple Music, Beats 1 and TIDAL flagship playlists as well as industry leaders Ultra Records, Astralwerks Records, and Big Beat.
