Isiah Whitlock Jr. Bio

Isaiah Whitlock Jr. is an American actor and writer who was born on September 13th, 1954 in South Bend, Indiana, United States. He was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, and also attended college at Southwest Minnesota State University, graduating in 1976. Isaiah also studied advanced drama as a member of the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. 

Isaiah is known for starring on the HBO TV show The Wire as the corrupt state senator Clay Davis and also appearing on the series The Good Cop as Burl Loomis. He also played the lead role in the comedy Cedar Rapids (2011). Some of the Spike Lee films he has appeared in include 25th Hour, She Hates Me, and Red Hook Summer. As an actor and writer, he is best known for Da 5 Bloods (2020), Cedar Rapids (2011) and BlacKkKansman (2018)
