Jauz Bio
Jauz is the stage name by which Electro dance music DJ and record producer Sam Vogel is known. Born in Mill Valley, California, on the 2nd of September, 1993. Sam started playing electric guitar and electro dance music, as well as producing his own music in the late 2000s. He soon signed with the label Icon Collective. Vogel sound has been described as a blend of deep bass house with chill trap, with a side of dubstep. It also incorporates heavy bass sounds similar to 80s and 90s styles. In 2014, he released the single “Feel the Volume” and the following year he collaborated with Skrillex to release his single “Squad Out”. In 2017, the singles “Claim to be”, “The Game”, “I Hold Still”, “Alpha” and “Ghost” were successful. In November of that same year he founded the record label Bite This. In 2018 he released the album “The Wise and the Wicked”.
