Jerrod Carmichael Bio
An American comedian, writer and actor Jerrod Carmichael began doing stand up at the Comedy Store in West Hollywood and then landed himself the breakout role in Neighbours in 2014 alongside Seth Rogen and Zac Efron. He then worked on the sequel to this film titled Neighbours 2: Sorority Rising.
Carmichael is best known for his work on his own television show The Carmichael show, an American sitcom that aired in 2015 starring Carmichael, Tiffany Haddish and Loretta Devine. The show, despite being a comedy tackled subjects such as LGBT issues, politics, Black Lives Matter and gun rights, rendering the show a critical success. The show is known to be semi-autobiographical and is set to be seen in the film Mid-90’s releasing in 2018.
