Jim Belushi Bio
Jim Belushi is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, singer and musician born in Chicago, Illinois on June 15, 1954. He is best known for his roles in the shows According to Jim, Saturday Night Live, Wild Palms, Aaahh! Real Monsters, Show Me a Hero, and Twin Peaks. From 1977 to 1980 he worked with the Chicago theater group The Second City. He made his debut on television in 1978 in the show Who’s Watching the Kids? and continued landing roles in the shows Working Stiffs, Saturday Night Live, Wild Palms, The Building, Total Security, Life with Louie, Mighty Ducks, According to Jim, The Defenders, Twin Peaks, Good Girls Revolt and more. In 1981 he made his debut in film in the movie Thief and has since had roles in the films Trading Places, Salvador, Real Men, Red Heat, Mr. Destiny, Masters of Menace, Curly Sue, Traces of Red, Only the Lonely, Sahara, Jingle All the Way, Race the Sun, Gang Related and others. He has also voiced characters in the video games 9: The Last Resort and Goosebumps: Attack on the Mutant.
