Joe Haden Bio
Joseph Walter Haden III was born on April 14, 1989 in Fort Washington, Maryland. Haden played for the University of Florida and started the 2007 season as a cornerback. After the 2009 season he was a first-team All-SEC selection and was unanimously recognized as a first-team All-American. He also was awarded the University of Florida’s most valuable player along with Tim Tebow.
Haden was the 7th overall pick by the Cleveland Browns in the 2010 NFL Draft. In 2014, he signed a five-year contract extension with the Browns, until he was released and picked up by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2017.
