American football running back Jonathan Taylor was born on 19th January 1999 in Salem, New Jersey. In high school, he played for Salem High School where he set the state record for rushing yards. During his college career, he played at Wisconsin and finished his career as the sixth all-time rusher for the NCAA. He also became the first player in history to complete a 6000 yards rush in a career spanning three years. He finished in the top ten list of the Heisman Trophy three times in a row. After his incredible display of skill and power in the 2018 and 2019 seasons, he was unanimously named first team All-American. He was also awarded the Doak Walker Award which is presented to the best college running back. In the 2020 NFL Draft, he was picked 41st overall in the second round by the Indianapolis Colts. He led the NFL in touchdowns and rushing yards in 2021 and was unanimously named Pro Bowler and All-Pro in the season.
