Actress and producer Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28th 1967 in Smyrna, Georgia, got her first leading role in Mystic Pizza. Roberts breakout role in Steel Magnolias, alongside Shirley MacLaine, earned her an Academy Award nomination. Julia’s career skyrocketed when she starred in the massive hit, Pretty Woman, which scored her a second Academy Award nomination. With no sign of slowing down, Roberts appeared in a string of projects including Flatliners, The Pelican Brief, My Best Friend’s Wedding, Notting Hill, and Runaway Bride. The actress went on to win an Academy Award and a Golden Globe for her performance in Erin Brockovich. She continued her sparkling career starring in Ocean’s Eleven, Ocean’s Twelve, Closer, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Money Monster, and Eat Pray Love.
