Julie Ertz Bio
Julie Beth Ertz (née Johnston; born April 6, 1992) is a United States women's national soccer team player.
On February 9, 2013, she made her debut for the United States national team in an international friendly against Scotland. She has since made over 100 appearances for the team.
From 2010 to 2013, Ertz was a member of the Santa Clara University Broncos. Following her collegiate career, Ertz was chosen third overall by the Chicago Red Stars in the 2014 NWSL College Draft on January 17, 2014.
Ertz was instrumental in the United States' victories at the FIFA Women's World Cups in 2015 and 2019.
