Justin Jitae Chon is an American actor born in 1981 in Irvine, California. He attended the University of Southern California and made his TV debut in 2005. In 2007 he co-starred in Nickelodeon's series “Just Jordan,” and a year later he started portraying Eric Yorkie in the “Twilight” franchise. Chon would reprise this role from 2010 to 2012. He appeared on 2012’s “Hang Loose” and 2014’s “Revenge of the Green Dragons,” and in 2017 he starred the film “Gook.” Chon gained notoriety as the film won critical acclaim at the Sundance Film Festival, and earned him an Independent Spirit Award. Two years later, he also co-starred in “MS. PURPLE,” again earning praises at Sundance. In 2020, Chon wrote, produced, and starred in the drama “Blue Bayou,” opposite Alicia Vikander.
