Kelly Rowland (born Kelendria Trene Rowland) is a Grammy Award winning singer, songwriter, actress and television personality who began her career as a member of the best-selling group Destiny’s Child. In 2002, Rowland released her debut solo album, Simply Deep, which featured the singles ‘Dilemma (featuring Nelly),’ and ‘Stole.’ Her sophomore release, Ms. Kelly (2007) featured the No. 1 dance hit ‘When Love Takes Over (featuring David Guetta).’ Rowland explored her place in dance music with 2011’s ‘Motivation,’ which topped the R&B/Hip Hop charts. Acting credits include television’s The Hughleys (2002), American Dreams (2003), Girlfriend (2006), and Empire (2015), among others. Most recently, she was a judge on The X Factor in both the UK and US. She has won four Grammy Awards, two Billboard Music Awards, and two Soul Train Music Awards. Most recently, Rowland collaborated with other female artists and released ‘This Is For My Girls,’ written by famed songwriter Diane Warren.
