Lautaro Martínez Bio
Lautaro Javier Martínez is a professional soccer player born in Bahía Blanca, Argentina, on August 22, 1997. He spent his youth career at Liniers (2013–2014) and Racing Club (2014–2015). He debuted as a pro for Racing Club, scoring 22 goals in 48 appearances from 2015 to 2018.
Lautaro played on the Argentina U20 team in 2017. The striker joined the Italian Club Inter Milan in July 2018, wearing the number 10 jersey. He won the 2020/22 Serie A, the 2021/22 Coppa Italia and the 2021 Supercoppa Italiana. The team was runner-up at the 2019/20 UEFA Europa League.
Lautaro made his National debut for Argentina in March 2018, subbing for Gonzalo Higuaín. He won the 2021 Copa América and the 2022 CONMEBOL–UEFA Cup of Champions.
