Lea Michele Sarfati, who is known better by her stage name of Lea Michele, was born on August 29, 1986. When he was only 8 years old, she debuted on Broadway as Young Cosette in Les Misérables. She continued to appear on and off Broadway, and in 2008, her big break came when she was cast in the Fox television musical series Glee as Rachel Berry.
