Lesli Linka Glatter was born on July 26, 1953 in Dallas, Texas. She started her career in the arts by being a dancer and choreographer. She was nominated for an Academy Award in 1984 for her first film, which was titled Meeting and Parting.
Glatter is known for her work on NYPD Blue (1993), ER (1994), Freaks and Geeks (1999), The West Wing (1999), House (2004), Weeds (2005), Mad Men (2007), True Blood (2008), The Good Wife (2009), Homeland (2011), Nashville (2012), Masters of Sex (2013), and Ray Donovan (2013). With her impressive roster, she has been nominated for several Primetime Emmy Awards for the work that she did on Homeland and Mad Men. Some of her most recent projects from 2017 include Six and Law & Order True Crime. As a producer, she has worked on titles such as The Chicago Code (2011), The Playboy Club (2011), and The Leftovers (2014).
