Lisa Ann Walter Bio

Lisa Ann Walter is an actress born on 3rd August 1963 in Maryland, United States. She is best known for playing Chessy in the romantic comedy film “The Parent Trap”. Before starting her acting career, Lisa was a standup comedian. She made her acting debut in her own comedy series “My Wildest Dream”. She later appeared in the sitcom “Life’s Work”, which she had created herself. She went on to appear in the comedy films “Bruce Almighty” in 2003 and “Shall We Dance” in 2004.

In 2007, she played a supporting role in the drama television series “Watch Over Me”. That same year, she was a judge on the reality television series “The Next Best Thing”. She later appeared in the reality TV series “Celebracadabra” and made it to the finals, but was eliminated. In 2011, she published a memoir, titled “The Best Thing About My Ass Is That It's Behind Me”. In 2021, she appeared in the sitcom series “Abbott Elementary”, which also featured Tyler James Williams, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and Chris Perfetti.
