Loona

Loona Bio

Loona is a twelve-member K-pop group under BlockBerry Creative and Universal Music Japan formed in 2016 in Seoul, South Korea. They signed with Universal Music Japan on June 1, 2021. Each group member's revelation took place from October 2016 until June 2018. They were revealed with a solo album and a music video. The sub-units were introduced alongside the members. There are three sub-units.

Members of the group include HeeJin, HyunJin, HaSeul, YeoJin, ViVi, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, Yves, Chuu, Go Won, and Olivia Hye. They held their debut concert, LOONAbirth, on August 19, 2018, and on August 20, they released their debut EP [+ +]. They released four EPs after that, including [#] (2020), [12:00] (2020), [&] (2021), and Flip That (2022).

Loona contested in the 2022 Queendom 2. They have won the Asia Artist Award, STARNEWS Popularity Award, Korea First Brand Award, MTV Europe Music Awards, and New K-Wave Rising Artist Award. They have been nominated for several others.
